Watermelon Mojito Roll - A spin on our traditional dough, this roll is a nod to the Jamaican Sugar Bun! Like the Jamaican Sugar Bun, our bun is filled with brown sugar (no cinnamon) but we top our bun with watermelon mojito glaze, created by soaking watermelon in white rum, lime & mint and using the juice of the soaked watermelon to make this amazing watermelon glaze. We finish things off with a sugared mint leaf! This fun twist is the perfect compliment to the Reggae (watermelon, mint, lime) fresh juice from Rhythm & Blue!
